Персонал гостининицы относится Доброжелательно, расположена она в километре от же вокзала, 2 остановки на троллейбусе, тв нормальное, Wi-Fi не пользовался, завтрак соответствует 3 звездам.

Отель пригоден только для переночевать. Стены номера из тонкого гипсокартона - слышно абсолютно все. Тараканы в ванне. Для ночлега на одну ночь подойдёт дольше не советую.

В целом - хорошо. Завтраки нормальные, хотя ассортимент небольшой. Из недостатков: в ванной комнате нет полотенцесушителя, в комнате одна розетка для трех электроприборов (или холодильник, или телевизор, или настольная лампа), зато несколько розеток в шкафу(!). За феном нужно ходить на рецепшен, а потом возвращать. А вот чайник выдали, правда, чашек в номере нет. Постельное белье и полотенца в хорошем состоянии. Есть одноразовые тапочки. Персонал вежлив, внимателен, готов ответить на вопросы и оказать помощь.

Впечатления не очень! Номер очень холодный, но чистый, не понравилась ванная комната, сантехника сломана, туалет тоже не в исправном состоянии! Было много в номере комаров!

Просмотрев предложенный выбор отелей, было решено сделать выбор в пользу отеля "Наири". Понравилось расположение отеля - тихий, спокойный район. На стойке регистрации пошли навстречу, и по нашей просьбе заселили раньше (мы были после дороги), за что большое спасибо! Отель удобный, чистый, с достаточно современным интерьером. Номер при заселении был чистым, светлым, уютным. По нашей просьбе в номер для пользования оперативно доставили чайник и кружки (всё остальное в номере имеется - холодильник, настольная лампа, телевизор и т.д.). Объективности ради также отметим, что персонал отеля был готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы - дружелюбный и приветливый, что приятно порадовало. Завтрак, который был включён в стоимость проживания, оказался сытным, вкусным и разнообразным! Сигнал Wi-Fi и скорость интернета в отеле отличная. Единственный рекомендательный совет - в номере, где мы проживали, неплохо бы было заменить, либо плотно закрепить, смеситель на раковине в ванной комнате, и поместить побольше вешалок в шкаф для хранения верхних вещей. Но это, так сказать, небольшие нюансы, в целом отелем и персоналом остались довольны, за что еще раз благодарим его хозяина и сотрудников!
