Бронировали номер через Hotels.com. Была полная предоплата. В отеле возникли проблемы с этим, пришлось показывать подтверждение. Также было указано, что заселение с 12:00, приехали в отель, нам сказали, что заселение с 14:00. В итоге дали другой номер. В номере было холодно. Об этом предупредили сразу, однако никаких вариантов решения не предложили, пока не подошли с претензий, только после этого принесли обогреватель. Ужасная сантехника (слив унитаза постоянно клинило, пока дождёшься, когда из крана потечёт тёплая вода, уже умоешься холодной, на швах душевой плесень). Из окон дует.

За свою цену вполне достойное жилье

Отель сразу виден с улицы; рядом есть остановки общественного транспорта. Но я ездила на такси (до вокзала или НЭТа) - 75 рублей, что комфортно и экономит время. Заселили быстро. Номер - чистый, техника и мебель не старые, хотя простынь была дырявая и цвет полотенец оставлял желать лучшего. Это, конечно, вкусовщина, но золотая кровать с такой же блестящей стеной -это перебор... Слышимость отменная, НО в отелях такого класса это скорее норма, поэтому я была готова. Завтрак мне понравился. Колбаса правда цвета не очень естественного, но есть можно. Были: сыр, колбаса, масло, яйцо, хлопья, мюсли, чай, кофе, макароны с печенью (?) в соусе, пирог на сладкое. Не изысканно, но я наелась. Кухня чистая. Тут же бар; вечером брала в нем чай за 120 рублей в номер. Удобно. Обслуживающий персонал от кухни до администраторов и уборщиц мне понравились - все улыбаются.Небольшая витрина со стандартными сувенирами.

Находились проездом из Перми на Черное море. Подбирал отель не далеко от Мамаева кургана, т.к. была цель сводить на курган внучку, затем переночевать в Волгограде и утром (не очень рано) двигаться в сторону Тихорецка. Отель понравился, заселение было быстрым, без проволочек, персонал доброжелателен. Номер чистый, сантехника в работе, горячая вода в норме (что было не маловажно, т.к. практически сутки ехали в автомобиле). Парковка. Тихое место. Буквально в 7 минутах ходьбы большой торговый центр. Отличный, без изысков, завтрак. Рекомендую

THE WORST HOTEL

This hotel is the worst among I stayed so far. I was gold class member and is siver class in this year. No clean room service. Toilet is dirty smell. Sofar and bed is not comfortable. Hotel does not give the receipt for Minibar service. Brakefast is very poor.
