Casa De Lorenzo is a recently renovated 110 sqm apartment located in Vinigo, in the heart of the Dolomites, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo, the city that hosted two Winter Olympics (1956 and 2026). With a spectacular view of Monte Pelmo and Antelao, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering a double bedroom, two twin rooms with bunk beds, and a bathroom.



The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a spacious dining area. The living room features a double sofa bed. All rooms are filled with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, workspace, and a reading-relaxation area.



Outside, two private balconies offer panoramic mountain views. The north-facing balcony provides a splendid view of Antelao, while the south-facing one is ideal for sunbathing in the summer.



Private parking for two cars is available in the courtyard in front of the house, with additional public parking along the street. Pets are allowed, but smoking and excessive noise are prohibited to respect the village's tranquility. Central heating is automatically regulated for your maximum comfort.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und alles ganz neu und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Sachen sollte man beachten (ist aber auch so abgebildet bzw. beschrieben): in Laufnähe gibt es kein Restaurant und es gibt ein Doppelbett, zwei Stockbetten und eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Dennoch hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen und der Ausblick ist einfach wunderschön!
