Villa Lucia is a newly built stone villa with an architecture style where the contemporary and traditional intertwine, which gives a graceful eye pleasing look. The accommodation capacity is enough for two families with a full comfort with all of the modern appliances, air- conditioning, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, and another washroom placed in the ground floor. Two extra beds or cribs are available upon request, as is the baby feeding chair. The location of Villa Lucia is really good because it's in the quiet part of Vodnjan, a little town only a few kilometers away from the sea, and there is a wonderful sea view from the villa, as well as the islands Brijuni and the nearby city of Pula.

Beautiful Villa

We were greeted when we arrived and shown the villa. Everything is provided though we could have done with more mugs (there were 10 of us) and a draining board 😂. Within walking distance of Vodnjan, a pretty village with a couple of restaurants. The town of Fazana was s five minute taxi ride and was lovely, beautiful sunset, restaurants and bars. We went to Brunjli on the ferry, great day and visited Rovinj - we got a taxi there as could not find a local bus stop but got a bus back easy enough, stunning and beautiful town!!! Overall a wonderful stay, off to Pula today!! Villa has everything you need and lots of garden to play or sunbath in

Die Beschreibung des Hauses hat 100% gestimmt. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad und es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Vom OG hatte man sogar Sicht auf das Adriatische Meer. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Pool / Whirlpool wurden ausgiebig benutzt.

Bodde 2 familjer här i en vecka och allt fungerade mkt bra. Värden var snabb att svara på de frågor vi hade, både om huset och förslag på stränder och annat.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage von Kroatien

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Haus zusammen mit einer anderen Familie. Insgesamt 6 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene. Die Kommunikation sowie Buchung war kinderleicht und lief problemlos. In dem Haus sind 4 Schlafzimmer, es wurde seitens der Anbieter 2 Zustellbetten gestellt, welche aber durchaus erneuert werden könnten. Das Haus scheint vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein (so schien es zumindest) in der ein oder anderen Ecke waren noch Reste der malerarbeiten übrig. Allgemein könnte vor Anreise noch einmal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Die Kleiderschränke (aus Vollholz) haben ebenso die besten Zeiten erlebt und hatten entsprechenden Geruch. Am letzen Tag vor Abreise kam unangekündigt eine Firma für den Pool vorbei um zu reinigen. Man verschaffte sich einfach Zugang zum Grundstück ohne vorher zu klingeln und stand einfach im Garten und begann mit der Arbeit (wir hatten Hunde dabei- an sich also mutig). Hätten wir nicht nachgefragt, wüssten wir nicht wie lange wir nach der Chlorung warten müssen bevor der Pool wieder genutzt werden kann. Alles in allem ist die Lage des Hauses Prima. Alles was man benötigt in der Nähe. Wir hatten alles in allem eine entspannte Zeit dort.

Ein Traum!

Das Ferienhaus lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Es ist riesig und bietet daher auch beim Urlaub mit mehreren Familien jede Menge Platz und Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes vollwertiges Badezimmer, was dazu auch erheblich beiträgt. Auch der Außenbereich ist mit dem Pool, Jacuzzi, Esstisch, ausreichenden Sonnenliegen und einer riesigen Wiese alles was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool für bis zu 10 Personen. Ideal für Familien, sehr kinderfreundlich. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Verschiedene Badestrände mit dem Auto innerhalb 15 min erreichbar. Liegt in der Nähe von Pula und Rovinj. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Toller Urlaub!!

Schöne Villa

Sehr gepflegte Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist umgeben von zwei weiteren Ferienhäuser - diese grenzen direkt an das Haus an, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. In Vodnjan gibt es einen Supermark ansonsten eher ein ruhiges Örtchen. Im Hafenstädtchen Fazana kann man schön am Hafen essen und in Peroj findet man schöne Strände.

Schöne, moderne Villa am Rande einer beschaulichen Provinzstadt

Alles war super in Ordnung, die Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation unproblematisch. Haus und Garten mit reichlich Platz und allen Bequemlichkeiten. Vodnjan ist vom Massentourismus noch unberührt, liegt aber sehr verkehrsgünstig. Wer gerne Rummel mag, findet in Fazana und Pula (beide < 10 km) reichlich Möglichkeiten. Beschauliche Strände und Buchten zum Baden findet man hinter Peroj (6 km). Fahrradfahren in der Gegend sehr geeignet (Verleih und Service in Peroj, super). Wir waren zu 10 Personen, 5 Erw 5 Kinder, und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
