Villa Monica with private pool

Spacious and stylishly decorated "Villa Monica" offers guests a true summer idyll of the Istrian peninsula. 4 km from the house is the first bigger town - Vodnjan. The house is 12 km away from the beach in Peroj, and 18 km from the Pula airport.

A total of 8 people can be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms (queen size double beds). 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and the stairs go up to the other 2 bedrooms. The total area of the house is 250 m2.

2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and toilets. The washing machine is located in a separate room.

The kitchen is superbly equipped with a central bar suitable for a quick meal. From kitchen utensils, you have an oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and many other appliances.

The spacious living room offers the ultimate comfort on a large corner set. You also have a dining table.

The covered summer kitchen has its own toilet, fridge/freezer, grill and a dining table overlooking the pool. A garden swing can also be used to enjoy the moments of relaxation, book reading or a quick nap.

The 35 m2 private pool is illuminated, automatically filtered and regularly cleaned. Suitable for elderly people and non-swimmers.

On the other side of the house is a small terrace with lounge furniture and garden views.

SAT-TV and WiFi are free, you can park in the yard. Pets are welcome at Villa Monica. Property area is 700 m2.
