This spacious, detached villa with private swimming pool is located in the town of Marmajola, around 5 km from picturesque Vodnjan. The beaches of the Istrian west coast are about a 15-minute drive away.

Villa Monique is a detached, fully equipped holiday home. You'll have a garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers as well as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and picnic table at your disposal. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

Istria has plenty to do! You can visit the beautiful city of Pula (15km), for example. Things to see here include the beautiful Roman amphitheatre and charming outdoor cafes. Or go to Rovinj (28km), where you can saunter along the narrow streets and enjoy the view. Vodnjan is ideal for restaurants and your daily groceries.
