This modernly decorated holiday home is located in the small Istrian village Peroj, near Pula. The building is extremely stylish and ideal for a larger family or a group of friends. The interiors of this house are well furnished and offer guests everything they need for a pleasant stay. During warm summer days you can refresh yourself in the large outdoor pool, or enjoy on the beautiful covered terrace with a glass of wine and prepare various delicacies on the barbecue. The fenced garden is suitable for a carefree children's play.
Take advantage of the proximity to the sea and treat yourself to a bath at any time of day or refresh yourself with a drink in the nearby beach bars. Visit Fazana, from where you can take a boat trip to Brioni Islands National Park

Casa bellissima

La casa è molto grande e funzionale. È dotata di tutto, nuova e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie, ognuna con la sua stanza ed il suo bagno. Lo spazio comune è comodo ed ampio, cosi come l’esterno, piscina bellissima! Il mare è a 10 minuti a piedi, la spiaggia è bellissima ed attrezzata. Ci sono piccoli negozi alimentari comodi a piedi, la zona è molto tranquilla. Per negozi più grandi, bastano 5 minuti in auto, Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!!!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kids - 2x12, 8 und 6 Jahre) für knapp 2 Wochen vor Ort. Tolles Objekt und toller Vermieter. Lorenzo ist sehr hilfbereit. Objekt hat einen top Zustand. Peroj ist ein kleiner Ort, wildromantisch mit Geschäften, Bike Vermietung, Restaurant etc. Strand ist fußläufig in 10min zu erreichen. Die nächstgrößere Stadt Fazana in 5 min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, entspannter und wiederholenswerter Aufenthalt

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren die aller ersten Gäste des Hauses. Das Objekt war sehr schön und für uns perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und die Lage war hervorragend, wir konnten uns bestens erholen und den Urlaub genießen.
