New renovated house. Situated in a small friendly village, no much people, close to beaches and in the perfect spot to explore whole Istra and cities around. Away from the rush. Quite and safe area. Near Fažana and Brijuni island. Decorated luxury house. It consist from fully equipped kitchen ,living room ,living and dining table all in one space, bathroom with shower on the ground flor. At the middle floor is table soccer and one toilet, from that room you can go out in backyard where is swiming pool. On the first flor of the house are 4 double rooms,and three bathrooms. One bathroom have washing machine and clothes dryer. In front of the house is beautiful yard with flowers.
The whole house is on your disposal. In the yard you have babrecue and outdoor kitchen. And for children swing and trampoline.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (7 + 9 Jahre) und einer befreundeten Familie mit ebenfalls 2 Kindern (4 + 8 Jahre) für 10 Tage im sehr gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in Peroj. Der überdachte Essplatz im Außenbereich ist mit 8 bequemen Stühlen, einem Gasgrill, sowie einer Arbeitsplatte mit Spülbecken ausgestattet. Die Innenküche ist sehr funktional, ein großer Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächern sowie Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kontaktgrill konnten genutzt werden. Der große, hochwertige Pool ist vom Sitzplatz aus einsehbar und liegt hinter dem Haus. Die Außendusche und komfortable Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen komplettieren das Gesamtbild. Die Wohnräume im Haus waren großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Uns standen 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Kleinkinderbett zur Verfügung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die modernen Bäder. Es stehen eine separate Toilette sowie 4 Duschbäder mit Toilette zur Verfügung. Zum Bäcker/kleinen Supermarkt/Restaurant ist es nur ein kurzer Gang in den Ortskern. Von Peroj aus ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt zum direkten Strand mit mehreren Strandbars und öffentlicher Dusche. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in weniger als 10 Minuten Autoentfernung im wunderschönen Fazana. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und in Englisch problemlos möglich. Wir können das Haus sowohl für 2 Familien als auch für 4 Paare von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.
