Villa Valencan 3 is a beautiful holiday home (semi-detached) on three floors in the village Betiga, only 1 km from the beautiful pebble beach and shop, 200 m from the restaurant. The holiday home has pool of 18 sqm with sun deck, terrace with seating set and two parking spaces.
Holiday home for 4-6 guests of 90 sqm spreads over two floors. The roof terrace of 45 sqm on the third floor has a panoramic sea view and view of the Brijuni islands, dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two guests, a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet.
