Villa Katarina is a house run by the owner and is located in the district of Srima, a small suburb of Vodice, right on the beach. Srima was once a fishing village. Today Srima is a perfect place to relax for our guests who want to spend their vacation peacefully on clean beaches. From Villa Katarina it is about 2 km to the center of Vodice, where you can find restaurants, bars, post office, banks, etc. Within 200 meters you will also find two good restaurants and two good bars if you don't want to go to Vodice. In our immediate vicinity there is a bakery (5 minutes walk) and a small supermarket (5 minutes walk). For larger purchases, Lidl, Kaufland & Co. can be reached in about 6-7 minutes by car. There are a total of 6 large supermarkets in Vodice. Villa Katarina is located right on the beach. It is 10 meters from our garden fence until you have your feet in the sea. We would like to emphasize that we have our own sunbeds on the beach, exclusively for our guests. So you do not need to rent sunbeds or umbrellas! Everything is included in the apartment price. Our beach is well maintained and offers good access for swimming. For guests with boats we have 3 buoys that can be used. For guests without a boat we recommend an organized day trip or a boat charter to explore the beautiful island landscape in our area. We are happy to help with both. Likewise, if you have any questions about excursions. Whether it's the Krka waterfalls, the Kornati islands, the cities of Sibenik, Trogir, Split or Zadar, we are on hand to offer advice and assistance at every excursion destination. Our apartments are characterized by high quality. The priority is not the modern exterior, but rather the quality of the furniture and the feel-good atmosphere. We pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The quality of the house is primarily characterized by its proximity to the beach, its atmosphere and its relaxation factor.
