The apartment has an attractive location on the boardwalk that runs between Srima and Vodice. The apartment is located in a quiet and child friendly area. Vodice has a picturesque old town, marina, many restaurants and bars. Vodice is especially known for its myriad events and concerts. The area around Srima and Vodice was characterized in a German travel program as the natural pearl in Croatia. The apartment is about an hour by car from the airports of Split and Zadar.
The apartment was built in December 2005 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sink / wc / shower, 1 bathroom with wc / sink, open living and kitchen area, balcony and 2 parking spaces.
