Nice and quiet with hotel a very friendly welcome.

We had a nice and spacious room, suitable for a longer stay for two people. The indoor swimming pool is clean and larger enough to swim a few rounds.

Idyllic Surroundings, Very Quiet

Tucked away in the forest, the Moorland was a lovely retreat while passing through the area. The owner was friendly and the restaurant was great too, I highly recommend the Pork Snitzels! Breakfast was basic but enough. Parking at the hotel was busy but we always managed to find a space. Mobile phone signal wasn't present and wifi didn't cover the rooms we were in, only the reception. Given the price and the beautiful surroundings, I'd definitely stay again (and I have!)

Quiet hotel on a hill

This drew my eye because of its low rates - all I wanted was a quiet comfortable place in this area to sleep on my cross-Europe journeys. And this is it. A quiet, friendly, clean establishment, close enough to the A2 and in the middle of nowhere. I liked it so much, I've already been back. My first time, I arrived late - and later than expected - thanks to the Antwerp ring road (as usual). No problem, however. A warm, friendly welcome and a good comfortable night. This hotel is also a spa, but I haven't had the time to explore that or its swimming pool. And it stands alone, on the side of a hill. Very nice.

Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen es ist total alt und verwohnt innen. Das Bett ist alt und die Matratze durch gelegen so war an Schlaf in der Nacht nicht zu denken. Sauber war das Zimmer nicht und am Haus ist baulärm zu hören. Das Frühstück war ungenießbar mit altem Brot und wecken lieblos hergerichtet kein Büfett. Kann das Hotel keinem empfehlen!

Freundlicher Empfang, zimmer sind alt . Ich ärger mich jedesmal , wenn im internet Restaurant , wellnes usw. steht aber leider nichts von dem genutzt werden kann. Aber 40 euro mehr wegen Messe geht. Sorry, aber da fahre ich nicht mehr hin.

Interesting option, great location in the middle of nowhere. Means it is pretty quiet and free parking. There was probably 2 guests in the night I stayed there, so pool was not operating, restaurant served only pizza and beer. But breakfast was very honest, smiling people everywhere. Room was pretty "regular", but clean and nice. Liked the place! Boss was speaking good english and explained a lot about the history of this place
