Gorgeous villa with panoramic view and whirlpool

Villa Melli is located on the outskirts of the small town of Vižinada high above the Mirna valley with a fantastic view over the Istrian hill country to the mountain town of Motovun. The living and dining area with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest WC are located on the first floor of the 200 m² house. Two further bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC.
There is also a small playground with a swing and trampoline for your children. You can relax by the large pool with jacuzzi and enjoy the sun.
There are 6 bicycles (4 x adults, 2 x children) available, which you can use to do your shopping in the village or explore the surrounding area. The most famous cycle path in Istria, the Parenzana, passes directly below the house. This runs along the old railroad line from Trieste to Poreč. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir, 3 Ehepaare, haben uns in dieser sehr gepflegten Villa ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Die zentrale Lage im Landesinneren hat genau für uns gepasst. Für Radfahrer ideal. Die Strände auch mit dem Rad erreichbar, natürlich erst recht mit dem Auto. 2 Autos passen auf die Stellplätze locker, eigentlich sogar 3 ohne Pobleme! Die nahe Strasse ist der Vorteil ! auch wenn mal ein Lastwagen vorbeifährt. Kleiner Markt mit allen Produkten fürs Frühstück und Bar (0,5l Fassbier 2,80) in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Kühlschränke, 3 saubere eigene Bäder, toller Ausblick auf Motovun, feiner Pool, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern,(wenn man sie braucht), und ein feiner Gastgeber Doni der sich um seine Anlage kümmert, und dezent immer da ist, wenn man eine Frage hat oder Tipps braucht. Vielen Dank, Doni.
