Just a short drive to Seal Bay, Little Sahara and the Raptor Domain, or pop across the river to exciting adventures at KI Outdoor Action or to play a round of golf on the untamed local golf course...just watch out for the Roos & Echidnas!

Walk the few steps up through the back yard to the white sands and turquoise waters of stunning Vivonne Bay, voted best beach in Australia. Here you can fossick, fish, swim, surf, or just take a relaxing stroll along the pristine beach where all the stresses of everyday life will seem like a distant memory.

In the evenings cook up your catch of the day in the well equipped kitchen (or cheat, and grab one of the local store’s famous Whiting Burgers!) Sit back and enjoy a local wine while watching the native wildlife come to life at dusk and listen to the waves from the beach in your back yard.

Beautiful retreat

It is a quiet and restful space. Just the two of us but quite large enough for 4-6 people to stay.We knew there would be no view of the ocean but we could hear the waves crashing nonetheless. Would definitely return

Jess was a wonderful owner to deal with and her home was very comfortable and homely. Vivonne Bay was a beautiful quiet little area and central to a number of the big sights of KI. Our only issue was being underprepared for dinner on our first night and not really knowing where to go to get a meal but this wasn’t Jess’ fault at all. Just make sure to be prepared!
