ÓTIMA ESTADIA - Apartamento Super Agradável
- Descrição do Imóvel e Localização conforme anúncio - Excelentes;
- Imóvel limpo e com manutenção - OK (equipamentos elétricos em bom estados: chuveiros, máquina de lavar, fogão, etc....);
- Internet e TV's - OK;
- Desde o início até a estadia, o Sr. Alex teve um enorme comprometimento em auxiliar e disponibilizar informações fundamentais para que tivéssemos uma estadia tranquila e sem problemas;
- Recomendo este imóvel e retornaria ao mesmo novamente;
- Gostamos do sol forte, da Praia do Morro e das Castanheiras, dos passeios noturno na orla da Praia do Morro, feiras de artesanatos e trenzinho com as crianças, além dos famosos Pastelões da Região.
- Grupo familiar com 9 pessoas (6 adultos e 3 crianças).

Destaco, a qualidade, excelência e profissionalismo do serviço de recepção, onde fomos muito bem recebidos,com profissionalismo informando-nos do modo de funcionamento do condomínio, bem como de todos os serviços existentes no mesmo, deixando-nos totalmente esclarecidos. Destaco também a qualidade do apartamento, com móveis novos super agradáveis, e com equipamentos como eletrodomésticos que nos faz sentir em casa, a suite onde ficamos, de uma elegância, requinte e sofisticação que nos deixo inteiramente satisfeitos superando todas as expectativas, e principalmente a limpeza e organização.Excelente localização, de uma vista exuberante que nos proporciona um "estado de paz".

Apartamento excelente e uma ótima localização
Excelente localização, apartamento todo mobilhado, o imóvel apresentava bons níveis de limpeza, superando a expectativa de toda a familia, sem contar com o atendimento do proprietário para que tivéssemos uma estadia tranquila. Recomendamos 100%.

Durma com o som das ondas
Apartamento maravilhoso, localizado a 30 m da praia, próximo ao comércio, restaurantes, lanchonetes, etc. Não há necessidade de utilização de veículo, pois tudo e próximo, o que torna a sua estadia bem tranquila. O imóvel e espaçoso e bem decorado. Da sacada pode-se ver o mar é saborear um bom vinho contemplando o mar capixaba.
O processando da reserva foi fácil e rapido. Em breve farei nova reserva e até a próxima estadia.
