Apartment of 46 m2 facing the sea, very airy, composed of 01 living room with kitchen, service area, hallway and large bedroom with beautiful sea view. Ideal for a couple with one or two children. Living room with sofa bed, 42 "TV and ceiling fan, kitchen with cook top, microwave, refrigerator, and bedroom with a double bed and desk fan. The building has a large parking area, and is close to the center of Guarapari, having diversified trade, besides restaurants restaurants and bakeries. It is located on a rock formation between Areia Preta Beach (center) and Riacho Beach.
Note 1: The property does not have towels or bed linen, only pillows.
Note 2: The span of the shower box is 40 cm.

Apartamento muito bom, tudo certinho e organizado .. Quarto, sala e cozinha com o espaço muito bom e bem distribuídos, o banheiro também é grande, porém a parte de tomar banho é BEM reduzida, e o chuveiro não cai a água para baixo, como o chuveiro é inclinado cai a água de uma parede a outra, difícil para as mulheres que não quer lavar o cabelo todo dia rs. Mas nada que atrapalhe, gostei muito e voltarei sempre que puder!!! Eu amei

Apartamento reformado com uma vista privilegiada de Guarapari. Quarto e sala amplo bem arejado/fresco atendendo bem a 4 pessoas. O único inconveniente é o box do banheiro ter acesso (0.40 cm) bem reduzido. Recomendo para estadia.
