This is like an apartment hotel or extended stay hotel, which I did not realize when I booked it. The furniture was worn in the room. It did have an airconditioner in the bedroom which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was a good breakfast.

The photographer did a really great job, because in reality it’s nothing like the pictures. The place is small, the garage is tight, the shower looked dirty. The room claustrophobic. The concierge was really nice and tried to help, but honestly that hotel it’s not prepared for a traveler that comes from a developed country. And that’s not me, I’m Brazilian. I’m talking about my wife

O quarto é muito antigo, cheio de armários que não são muito funcionais. Tem louça, mas não tem como lavá-las. Tem um sofá desconfortável e a vista acaba sendo pouco aproveitada em razão da disposição das coisas no quarto. O chuveiro é bom e o café tem o necessário. A localização é boa também. Não sei se eu voltaria. Achei caro pelo que oferece, mas tudo em Vitória é caro.

Avaliação Geral - Pela minha experiência

O quarto estava perfeitamente limpo! Eles arrumaram todos os 3 dias que passamos por lá. Repuseram shampoo, sabonetes e toalhas, sempre que se fez necessário. O café da manhã, ao meu gosto, não faltou nada, pois tinha opções de sucos naturais, pães, bolos, frutas, iogurtes, café, chás, queijos, ovos mexido, granola, opções de sobremesas doces, então estava bem completo. Pra mim, o único ponto negativo é que os armários e o guarda-roupa estavam bem velhos, com tábuas quebradas, mas como não usamos nenum destes itens, então não foi um problema, mas acredito que pra quem tenha esta itenção, talvez tenha uma má experiência. Todo o restante estava perfeito. A vista do quarto era lindíssima e na acomodação que ficamos, tinha duas varandas que deixava o ambiente bem ventilado, mas o ar condicionado também funcionava direitinho, só não era muito silencioso. O atendimento, desde a recepção até as camareiras, as moças do café da manhã, foi impecável! Todo mundo muito educado e simpáticos. Pra mim, o atendimento fez toda a diferença na experiência, pois quando solicitamos cobertas, rapidamente o pessoal providencio, quando pedimos recomendações de lugres ou informações a mocinha que estava na recepção nos sugeriu excelentes locais, então eu com certeza amei e sem a menor dúvida, retornaria neste hotel.

O residence precisa melhorar principalmente o banheiro e o quarto. No banheiro: a água no chuveiro sai muito espalhada, o porta papel higiênico atrapalha a saída do box porque fica em frente ao vaso sanitário; colocar mais ganchos para pendurar toalhas, roupas; o secador de cabelo deveria ficar mais próximo do espelho e bem fixado na parede

Ficava todos os meses e fiquei sem ir por uns 6 meses. Piorou muito. Meu quarto estava com aranhas no teto e traças correndo pelo chão da sala. Me colocaram em um quarto um pouco mais bonito que os padrao; mas totalmente sem manutenção. Interruptores de luz com mau contato e sem tv no quarto. Falta gerência.
