We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful, I have never used a shower with three shower heads that spray at the same time before. It was kind of like standing in a waterfall. The patio off the master bedroom was great, with a firepit, table, hot tub, and swing. The elk head hanging in the great room is huge. I would highly recommend, the only neighbors I saw were 15 wild turkeys that walked by the deck the second day. Host was great

This is the most comfortable rental we have ever stayed at. The beds, the furniture are excellent. We loved the hot tub too.The weather was uncooperative, so we didnt do much else outdoors, but there is a lovely patio with poly furniture, a grill, fire pit, etc.It is not close to many restaurants, but you can get a great sandwich at the gas statio/deli in Hegins.

Couldnt find a washer or dryer that said was there. The flies were crazy. Hot tub was great. Nice that you have wood already cut for the people who are using the cabin we put 10 in the mail. Box but didnt use that much firewood.

My fourth visit to the Vista Getaway was as wonderful as the others. A fabulous, sparkling clean house with all the amenities and a beautiful view of the Pennsylvania hill country, it's the perfect place to escape from everyday life. I'll be back!

Anniversary trip

The wife and i wanted to get away for a nice quiet weekend for our anniversary and this delivered just that and then some. The cleanliness of the cabin was amazing and the host was nothing but helpful providing lots of optuons in the area for food and groceries to the amenities he offered at the cabin. The property was very well kept and very quiet and secluded which made the weekend very relaxing. The hot tub was clean and perfect for chilling out at night and the interior was confortable and cozy. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our freiends and family who wanna get away to somewhere relaxing

Long Winter Weekend Getaway

My husband and I went up for an extra long weekend away from the kids. We spent literally hours looking out the windows both while it was sunny and while it snowed. The house was cozy and the gas fireplace perfect. Jason responded promptly when we had a few questions. We will definitely be going back when it's spring or summer or fall so we can spend time outside!

Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed spending the first few days of our honey moon at Vista Getaway. The cabin was clean and cozy. We had such a restful time enjoying the scenery, hot tub, etc! We’d love to come back again!

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Vista Getaway. The peaceful, quiet, relaxed setting was perfect for my husband’s birthday. The house is clean and well maintained. The hot tub on cold winter nights was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful easy. We look forward to returning again.

Beautiful!

We had a lovely time at this cute cabin! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was - there wasn't even a single cobweb across the antlers on display. Amazing! We enjoyed the quiet & read our books sitting by the fireplace, gazing out the windows at the beautiful view. Absolutely perfect setting for a relaxing, quiet weekend. The cabin was also very well stocked with coffee, seasonings, cooking oil, toothbrushes, soaps, and even cold medicine. The hosts have thought of every detail to make it an enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Great place to get away and relax

This was such a wonderful place to get away and just relax. The accommodations were great. The host communicated everything well. The cabin had everything we needed and more. I wish I would have had more time to stay but I will define coming back again!!

My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our anniversary. Let me tell you, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is beyond cozy, the view in the fall is breathtaking and it is very private. We loved everything about our stay and will be booking another!!! Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful

We stayed there for a weekend while riding ATV’s at AOAA, the property is beautiful, the house is super clean and well maintained. Jason is a fantastic host and the house is even nicer in person!
