There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The spacious living room with a fireplace entices you to laze around all day. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people and direct access to the terrace awaits you for pleasant evenings in the company of those closest to you.

The outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy throughout the day. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers, where you can dry or simply soak up the sun. In addition to the rest area, in this beautiful green yard, you can also find a grill area with an outdoor dining table, for preparing delicious meals and tasting local wines.

Wir hatten 11 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Traumvilla - alles hat perfekt gepasst - das Haus, die Einrichtung, die bequemen Betten, die Raumaufteilung, die sanitären Einrichtungen, der Garten, die Ausstattung und natürlich der tolle Pool, der täglich genutzt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich - auch der Hausmeister kam kurzfristig vorbei um z. B. eine Reparatur durchzuführen oder den Pool zu reinigen. Wir können die Location zu 100% weiterempfehlen - gerade für eine Familie mit Großeltern, Eltern und Kindern - jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort und auch die Küche, das Ess- und Wohnzimmer - alles top! In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein TV Gerät mit deutschen Sendern. Die Lage ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips in die Umgebung - Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Umag, Rijeka - alles ist in max. 30-60 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen. Neben den Handtüchern für die Bäder sind auch Badehandtücher für den Pool vorhanden. Alles in allem - absolut TOP!!!
