Paying tribute to traditional Istrian architecture with stone elements on the outside, the lovely Villa Efa is quite a vision inside as well. Decorated with particular attention to detail, it includes marble and exquisite furniture, while providing the feeling of home. Both its modern kitchen with a dining room and the living room are great places for quality moments. The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which also has a bio sauna. The bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with a sofa set, while the other two bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the garden.
The fully enclosed garden offers privacy for pure relaxation. Apart from the beautifully tended lawn, it includes an outdoor shower and a swimming pool, which can be heated upon request. Use the outdoor area to have a great time soaking in the sun by the pool, lounging under the canvas sunshade, or sharing a delicious meal out in the open.

Unbelievable Staying
Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Kroatien war einfach traumhaft! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, waren wir begeistert von der modernen, stilvollen Einrichtung, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zuhause zu sein. Die Klimaanlage sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen, sodass wir uns nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen immer wieder erfrischt fühlten.
Der Pool war absolut atemberaubend – wir haben Stunden damit verbracht, im glitzernden Wasser zu entspannen und die wunderschöne Umgebung (mit Blick aufs Meer) zu genießen. Ein Highlight waren definitiv die herzlichen deutschen Nachbarn, die uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gaben und mit denen wir viele nette Gespräche führten.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, um die Region zu erkunden. Wir haben wunderbare Tagesausflüge zu den nahgelegenen Stränden und in bezaubernde kleine Städte unternommen, die uns mit ihrem Charme verzaubert haben. Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, konnten wir in der Nähe einige herrliche Weingüter entdecken, die mit ihren erlesenen Weinen unsere Abende abgerundet haben.
Dieser Urlaub war unvergesslich schön, und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir eines Tages wiederkommen werden, um dieses Stückchen Paradies erneut zu genießen.

Fantastic holiday villa
The villa is even better than the pictures tell you. The pool is very big and you have a very nice view of the coast. Most top sightseeing destinations are within half an hour drive. I definitely recommend this villa for a great holiday stay in Istria Croatia.
