Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 7.1 km, pebble beach 15 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
