On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a decorative open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, WC, and double hand-basin, as well as satellite TV and air conditioning, with a direct exit to the swimming pool. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, individual satellite TV, and air conditioning, with private exits to the terraces.
