Villa Ruk is a beautifully renovated traditional house in the village Barat near Visnjan.
The house is nicely furnished, with plenty of light in the interior and thanks to the elevated position extends a wonderful panoramic sea view. On fenced and well-kept property, Villa Ruk offers to the guests the following amenities: swimming pool of 40 sqm, a whirlpool, summer kitchen with covered terrace for outside dining, two parking spaces and a children's playground.
Holiday house with swimming pool with a total living area of 135 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, all in one room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
