    Je me suis rendue à l'heure exacte au l'adresse de l'hébergement. L'hote n'était pas là, elle n'a pas répondu au telephone. Après 30mn d'attente devant la porte, j'ai reçu une notification d'annulement de la part d'Abritel. J'ai du rechercher un hotel pour deux nuis et 4 personnes en banlieue parisienne dans un moment ou tous affichaient complet. C'est inadmissible, et je demande que cet hote soit exclu du site Abritel
