Oceanfront view awesome. Kitchen was well supplied, even had martini glasses!Issues: Sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open.Swarms of gnats present in kitchen area-very bothersomeNo chair cushions for balcony (off season? Still nice to have available.)Better instructions needed. Our prior rentals thru VRBO had large notebook on site with everything mentioned, including TV instructions, bed linens, trash and towel instructions for checkout. Much more helpful than last minute texts from realtor. Each place is different.

Beautifully appointed unit with great beach views

This unit had everything you could need or want and plenty of space for four adults. We were only disappointed with the cleaning of the air vents. The property manager agreed to have someone come clean them, but they never showed up (we stayed out all afternoon so they could come). In the end, they gave us a small refund for the inconvenience (and allergies) this caused.

Our family of 7 stayed in the condo, providing us with plenty of space. The pictures on-line are accurate. We were especially pleased with the kitchen which is better equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware than any rental we've used before. The location is also great. We highlt recommend this unit!

The 4-bedroom condo was excellent. It was beautifully furnished and equipped. My hats off to the owner. The only issue I have was with the spider problem inside the condo. This was our first family trip to Virigina Beach. For 25 years we have been going to Myrtle Beach, SC and never had a problem with spiders or bugs.

Nice Beach front condo

I had to pick up keys offsite at a real estate office. Everything was great except the check in. I got there just in time before the real estate office closed . They had no package with keys ready for me. I was told If I arrived after closing the package would be in a locked locker outside the door. Nothing was in there either. The gal at the office finally figured out who I was and I got the keys etc. could have been a major issue. However, a beautiful beach front condo.

Property is on Sandbridge Beach. The widest strand of sand, quiet. End of the road. Very family friendly or couples. Easy access to beach. Just walk out property and you’re there. We had 4 br 4 bath ocean front balcony. Our unit was impressively decorated. Be aware there is only enough house goods to last a few days if you have a family. Easy 15 min drive inland to Harris Teeter or Target. Every morning pods of dolphins back and forth. Beach set ups can be arranged by local vendor- great idea as it gives your group a point of contact and shade. A coffee bar /cafe is across street. This location on Sandbridge is not a quick drive to VA Beach proper and that’s the idea. Loud crowds are not here.

Lovely location within the complex and amazingly kitchen. Bonus that all room with a bed larger a twin size had an on-suite. Any issues that arose were promptly dealt with by property management. Would definitely stay again.

I Have Never Left A Review Before But....

We stayed for a wedding for a few days. The ocean view is awesome, and the whole reason we stayed there. Porch very dirty, wiped chairs ourselves. Also internet intermittenThe items that got me were: 1. No keypad with code, had to drive to the office, pick up the keys and info, had to return the keys when we left - being tired we were not keen on that. 2023! 2. When we arrived we had 3 couples and 2 sets of keys, that became a challenge & we had to meet them at 2:00 a.m. to let them into the elevator. 3. Only 1 towel/washcloth per person, requested 6 more (2 times) charged $30 for those, never came so hope that not on our card. 4. Because a wedding and had a lot of luggage with changes of clothes and toiletries, no luggage carts to get everything upstairs, made 4 trips for 1 couple w/lots of heavy items. Need a cart for the unit. 5. Although we always hope for a clean unit, we understand can be something missed. But the floors had a lot of long dark hair in the bathrooms and dirty looking rugs that I wouldn't stand on. I am short hair blond and my husband has short hair also. I also wondered if the same rag used to clean bathrooms was used everywhere because I found the same hair inside the fridge YUCK! 6 Last VERY aggravating item was the master bdrm closet is locked, no master closet available, had to hang our clothes/share a closet with other guests, going in when they are awake - different schedules be darned. We will find another unit next stay.

The condo unit, itself, was very nice, getting the key packet from the ocean sands realty was horrible, it was very late at night trying to find the lockbox outside their offices in the dark was not fun, opening the unit's door was frustrating!!!The owners need to replace/repair the keyed entry. The biggest issue WE had was that we thought it was rented thru VRBO, which after the fact you find out its not. When you get the "What to bring" list and it's toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, gargage bags etc. A VRBO rental would of had all those items there. I have rented a LOT from VRBO's and you never had to bring those items along. Like I said before the homeowners really need to fix the door handle as unlocking and getting in was a "crap" shoot and hope you just get lucky

It was a great property, but it needs a serious deep clean. At the rate we were paying, I would expect it to be a lot cleaner than it was. It was very obvious the cleaners do the bare minimum.
