Unlike upper-level units, there's no need to haul supplies or take a long walk or elevator ride, just step outside the back door and indulge in the convenience of a quick dip or outdoor cooking.

Inside, the inviting and well-appointed interiors create a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed, trundle bed, and a standalone full-sized bed. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space, and for families, a collapsible crib and child highchair are available.
To make your beach days even more effortless, Salt Therapy provides beach chairs, an umbrella/cabana, a cooler, and a beach cart for guests to use. If the sand gets too crowded, enjoy the pools or the year round fitness facility.

The kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with nearly everything you could need, allows you to prepare meals with ease. The dining table seats six, and the bar area accommodates four, making it the perfect setting for gathering over breakfast or sharing stories from the day. With a dishwasher, toaster, waffle maker, coffee machine, margarita machine, and Ninja blender, you have all the essentials for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

Entertainment is never in short supply, with a large 75” Smart TV in the living room and two 55” TVs in the bedrooms, all equipped with Disney+, Netflix,(subscription not included) and free high-speed internet. A Nintendo Switch, board games, and books provide endless indoor fun, while a Bluetooth speaker and ceiling fans add to your comfort.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
