Bait and switch

Nothing in this property matched the pictures. Instead of a nice room with windows and a balcony we got a dingy first floor room with a windowless bedroom. The room had a strong smells. The matress was uncomfortable and covered in plastic. When I tried to contact the owner I got no response. It was so bad my wife refused to stay and we rented an entirely different room. The checkin was bad too it took an hour because the owner did not tell them we were staying. Would not stay again.
