Check in and out was good. the place was neat and clean. They had food for us to make breakfast which was nice. The bikes were also fun to ride on the boardwalk. We had one of the seats that needed to be tighten and it was taken care of right away. We could see dolphins every day. The one think in the listing was the balcony that you cannot sit out on.

What a wonderful gem on the ocean! Enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic. The cleanliness, amenities and attention to details were impeccable.
