Needless to say when we left the house was cleaner than when we arrived.There were cleaning towels and mop head in washer that had been ran but never dried that were completely dry stuck to the sides from being in there so long, there was a plate of moldy spaghetti left in the microwave that stunk the kitchen up.The house needs some updates. Both bathroom sinks were clogged & disgusting when reaching out to the host he had someone come over the next evening to fix them and they couldn’t even wipe up the mess after fixing them. The bathroom window was busted out and ducted tape and covered with saran wrap. Door from master bedroom to bathroom would not open. There was trash left in bedroom dressers and under beds. A few hours after checking out we realized a pair of rain-boots were left behind I reached out to host to get them back and willing to pay for trouble shipping them and they claimed they were not left even when I explained the exact location they were left in and they were not worn after arriving to the house.

The house had a great location for food, shopping, and entertainment. The backyard was not clean or easily acceptable. The address on the listing does not match the location. Check in process was miserable and difficult after a long day of traveling.

The neighborhood is great. Located near a lot of good shopping, restaurants, etc. and quiet neighbors. The property is dog friendly which is where we had a problem. We brought our dog and found out several days after we checked in, there’s another rental attached to ours and they also brought a dog. Nothing was said to us or the other renters and there’s one backyard to use. I am grateful we met the people before our dogs met and potentially got in to a fight. The listing description is inaccurate. It should be lasted as a multi family home or a condo with a shared backyard space. I was very unhappy about this. The property manager said the people checked out early when in fact they had not. The house is spacious and bright. The heater works well. If you cook, bring your patience. There are 3 forks total and the drawers almost fall out when you open them. Plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans. The stove/oven I liked a lot. Large refrigerator. No dishwasher. Not enough toilet paper for our 10 days stay. Other toiletries were provided. The front deck is also very worn and old so be cautious if you use it. The handle to the screen door came off several times just opening and closing it. The price seemed steep for 10 days for as run down as the house is.
