This abode provides an inviting atmosphere, complete with a heated private pool and shopping convenience just 3 km away.
The farmhouse boasts a well-appointed ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and opens to the terrace, offering scenic views of the vineyards. The dining room also leads to the terrace. An air-conditioned sitting room offers a comfortable space, while two of the bedrooms complete this level. The remaining bedroom is on the first floor.
Outdoor amenities encompass extensive enclosed land and adjoining vineyards. An electric entrance gate grants access to exceptional views of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
