By far one of the best stays we’ve had in a very long time. The Landing Pad was perfect for our family. We gathered to celebrate my fiancé’s recruiting graduation and to celebrate an early Christmas. To our surprise Charles had a beautiful decorated Christmas tree in the living room, so it made opening gifts even more special. The decor felt like home. The accommodations and amenities in all the rooms and bathrooms were thoughtful and came in handy since I left my tooth brush at the airport. The Landing Pad was the perfect location for our visit to Ft Knox. (This is the ideal place if you are visiting Ft. Knox for the Advanced Army Camp family day and graduation). The house features an open floor plan that is perfect for relaxing and visiting with friends and family, as well as a great back porch with a porch swing and grill. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.Charles was quick to reply to the questions that we had and very helpful. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and Elizabethtown -- with more options for outings. If you are interested, the Jim Beam distillery is aprox. 30 minutes from the house.
