The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom.
