This home is cozy and secluded, right on the water! Sunrises were beautiful. A great fit for our family of five. Great communication with the owner about the facilities. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck playing cards and having coffee in the morning. Would definitely rent again!

This is an incredible property. The view is breathtaking. The cottage is very comfortable and offers everything you would need to cook and meet your daily needs. There is plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing at the end of the day and a lovely deck to enjoy the cove. We truly enjoyed the privacy of Dyer's island yet proximity to town. The spacious yard was great for our children to fly kites and run around. It was a perfect place for our family. We spent an amazing two weeks and look forward to future visits. The property manager Angie was such an amazing support. The owners and guests are so lucky to have her.

Lovely setting

Fabulously situated cabin on a protected cove an easy kayak into the Basin, which is a spectacular preserve offering hours of exploration and many seals! House is simple but pleasant and the location is wonderful; everlasting views from the house of changing tides and the occasional lobster boat. We had a few hiccups including a dead car battery and an ankle sprain and Angie and her husband were incredibly helpful to us even giving us a battery start at last minute when we were stuck and about to miss the boat. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property’s On arrival the cottage hadn’t been cleaned at all. And no waste bags or soap to clean dishes or bathroom soap etc Great property. Cleaning rating very very bad. Zero We cleaned ourselves the first day

Situated in a fairly secluded setting with a beautiful view, this cottage was even more charming than anticipated.
