Great value! A perfect place to stay for taking an early morning flight to the Girona airport. The food in the restaurant is very good.
We came late and left early. The grounds were beautiful. My husband thought the bed was on the soft-mushy side. Staff friendly, spoke excellent English and were very knowledgeable.
I had to pickup my daughter from Girona airport flying in on RyanAir at midnight. There was no transportation to Barcelona that late, so we stayed at hotel Vilobi for the night and took the bus to Barcelona the next day. The hotel is the only hotel that is truly within the walking distance of the airport (5 minute walk). There are other hotels that are less than a mile from the airport, but you cannot walk to them since they are along a two lane highway with no shoulder for walking. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast is included for free. WiFi is free for the first 4 hours. After that, it is 1 Euro per hour. The room was large enough to accommodate us. The air conditioning did not work, but leaving the window open took care of that issue since it was nice outside. This hotel is a good value for an overnight stay if your only purpose is to get to the airport quick. There is nothing else nearby.
