Hotel is right next to the airport which is very convenient. Staff were friendly and nice. Staff speaks Lithuanian, Russian and English. Only one reception desk clerk refused to understand and speak Russian and insisted on English. The rest were friendly and competent. We were unexpectedly charged 4 euro city tax after paying in full through Expedia. They also requested passports from all people staying there as it was a Soviet era custom. At that point it felt as if we are back in the USSR rather than the EU country. Breakfast was for a 14 euro per person fee and was good. While burgers at the hotel restaurant were awful, but we had to eat there because of convenience and nothing was within walking distance. Room was clean, small and lots of power outlets. Thank you!

I was woken up in the middle of the night by drunk people who were loudly arguing in Lithuanian, and fighting about something. I believe hotel security team are supposed to take care of such situation. Other than that everything was good.
