10 minutes from the Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle lake (swimming). On the ground floor: kitchen - lounge - dining room / lounge (sofa, library and fireplace) - bathroom - toilet - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) - bathroom and toilet. Office area and lounge. Oil heating (package of €18 per day), electric upstairs (billed according to consumption).
End of stay cleaning included in the price.
Unfenced garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis). Terrace. 16 m swimming pool. Tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and pond (300 meters away) shared with other gîtes.

Spacious house
We enjoyed our stay. The house is as described. The lady who owns it is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The garden is lovely. Unfortunately the Internet did not work as intended, but on the upside, the 4G connection was very good at the house.
