Beautiful house with swimming pool - Close to lake, sea and mountains

The house is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Perpignan, in a village where you will find all the amenities. Recently renovated, with an area of around 130 m2, it offers a very pleasant living room and 4 bedrooms. With a pretty landscaped garden where it is good to enjoy the sun. A barbecue, a trampoline and of course the swimming pool will delight you. Just above the house is a park with children's games and pétanque ground.
Lake Villeneuve de la Raho is 200 meters from the house. In addition to walking and swimming areas, various nautical activities are offered at the nautical base of the lake: rowing, kanoë-kayaking ... This lake is also a spot for carp fishing. From April to October, small restaurants are open to enjoy the landscape, to rest from its walking (for restaurants, 30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car) ...
You will reach many beaches within 30 minutes (Argelès, Saint Cyprien and Canet).
Nearby are also horse riding centers, golf courses (Saint Cyprien, Montescot) and an aquatic fitness center (Calicéo). A little further, hiking enthusiasts will find their happiness in the Albères massif (30 mins) and Canigou (1 hour).
