Located in the tranquil hamlet of Labardamier, near Villefranche-du-Périgord, this cozy holiday home for 6 guests offers a peaceful escape in the heart of the Dordogne. Perfect for families or small groups, the home features two bedrooms-one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with a double bed, single bed, and trundle bed-plus a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet. The living room includes a fireplace, seating area, dining table, DVD player, and TV with international channels (note: no Dutch channels). The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. A washing machine, heating, and free WiFi add extra comfort. Outside, enjoy a private terrace, garden, BBQ, and garden furniture-perfect for al fresco dining. Pets are welcome! With restaurants and shops (5 km), a lake (10 km), tennis courts (6 km), and a golf course (25 km) nearby, this home is a great base for exploring the Périgord countryside and enjoying outdoor activities.
