I had a wonderful stay in Villaviciosa. The apartment location is central with cafes, a bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, and 2 green spaces/parks all within 2-3 mins walk. There is plenty of street parking available. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people. It is managed by a management company, but upon arrival I was put in contact with the owner, Rosa Maria. She was extremely helpful, and very pleasant, and easy, to communicate with. Villaviciosa is a beautiful small town, very close to both Oviedo and Gijon. There are lots of beautiful beaches close by if you have a car. This is sidra country, and I would encourage everyone to dine at one of the many siderias in town, and sample the wonderful local food and sidra.
