Appartamento come da descrizione. Ideale per 2 famiglie grazie alle 2 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato. Spazi comuni ampi (in soggiorno abbiamo tenuto aperto il divano letto, in cui dormivano le bimbe, per 15 giorni senza problemi). Comodo per la passeggiata serale (5 minuti a piedi dalla via ptincipale) ma anche ben posizionato per accedere alle strade che portano verso le spiagge, senza dover attraversare il traffico cittadino. Non c'è aria condizionata ma l'esposizione su 2 lati garantisce una brezza piacevole. Comunicazione e indicazioni ottime.

Una settimana splendida in un posto magnifico, abitazione vicinissima al centro e alla spiaggia di simius e anche le altre spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa super pulita, i proprietari molto gentili e cordiali.

Appartamento comodo al centro di Villasimius

Tutto perfetto nel soggiorno, posizione comoda al centro, negozi, ristoranti. Abbiamo risentito la mancanza di aria condizionata che in certe notti era indispensabile. Proprietari carini e premurosi, le sole peculiarità sono aria condizionata, wi-fi, televisione più moderna(non vedevo una a tubo catodico da decenni). Per il resto tutto perfetto, da consigliare a tutti.

Tutto benissimo

L'alloggio è conforme alla descrizione, funzionale, pulito, ben accessoriato, completo di tutto, comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro in dieci minuti. Ci sono anche dei buoni locali proprio a due passi. La host, Laura è molto accogliente ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Unica pecca, ma si vede già dalle foto, l'accesso all'abitazione è un po' scomodo in quanto c'è una breve salita ripida, quindi non la consiglio solo a persone anziane, e a famiglie con bambini da portare in braccio ( l'alternativa è arrivare sempre fronte ingresso con l'auto). Grazie ancora a Francesco e Laura e speriamo di poter tornare....

Bella vacanza a Villasimius

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa casa. 10 minuti dal centro. Molto comodo soprattutto per la sera per fare una passeggiata. Anche per andare alle spiagge punto strategico perché vicino a tutte. La Proprietaria la signora Laura davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente alla prossima vacanza in Sardegna ritorneremo.

Posizione ottima per passeggiata serale a 5 min dal centro pedonale, distanza dal mare 2 km fattibili in bici, a piedi non in orari caldi. Casa in condominio ma con ingresso indipendente meno male che c’è il box perché il parcheggio è difficoltoso (troppe auto) casa fresca ideale per 4 persone ma con altri 3 posti letto, due bagni comodi e due terrazzini. Consigliata!!! Padrona di casa cortese e disponibile per ogni necessità.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in 4! Appartamento ampio fornito di tutto e molto pulito! I proprietari gentili e attenti! Situato in una zona condominiale tranquilla a 2 minuti dal centro! Le meravigliose spiagge di Villasimius (un paradiso da vedere) si trovano a pochi minuti di macchina. Mi permetto di esprimere solo un consiglio al solo scopo di migliorare in futuro: essendo al piano superiore manca l'aria condizionata. Nel complesso il mio parere é positivo!
