The apartment consists of: living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, a double bedroom, with a small veranda equipped as a laundry area, and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a beautiful panoramic veranda with sofas and table where you can eat outside. In the veranda there is also a small outdoor shower.

The residence's swimming pool will be available from June 10/15  to September 15.

Inside the Condo it is possible to enter by car only for loading and unloading luggage, vehicle parking is not allowed.

La casa è confortevolissima e calorosamente arredata. È stato tutto perfettamente in linea con le nostre aspettative. Fantastica ospitalità di Marinella e Enrico che ci ha fatto trovare dei dolcetti sardi di benvenuto. Bella la location con vista spettacolare.

Appartamento con tutto il necessario per fare le pulizie e per cucinare. La terrazza con il suo giardino sono davvero il punto forte per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi la sera sui divanetti. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza al centro di Villasimius che si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti. Il condominio dove si trova l'appartamento ha una piscina molto bella, ma che non abbiamo sfruttato date le splendide spiagge con acqua cristallina nelle vicinanze. La host Marinella gentilissima e piena di suggerimenti per spiagge e ristoranti. Unico punto da migliorare nell'appartamento è il box doccia che sarebbe da sostituire perché le guarnizioni sono annerite, si staccano e non trattengono l'acqua.

Superbe séjour à Villasimius dans une résidence magnifique et sympathique

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine à Villasimius. La résidence est magnifique avec un côté place de village. Les propriétaires de l’appartement sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils pour visiter les environs et l’appartement est très bien équipé avec une terrasse superbe. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse.

Sehr gern wieder. Wir sind erst, nach Flugverspätung, um 2 Uhr nachts angekommen und die Vermieter haben solange gewartet. Ein sehr nettes Ehepaar was sich bei allen Fragen gekümmert hat. Gerne wieder.

Vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni in completo relax in questo appartamento molto comodo, carino e accogliente. L’appartamento è fornito di tutti i confort necessari, è situato in una zona molto tranquilla e dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è comodo per raggiungere tutte le spiagge. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti è sempre disponibili.

Una vacanza indimenticabile.....

Io e il mio compagno, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai proprietari dell'appartamento, che ci hanno spiegato le regole del residence. L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito, ben arredato e con tutti i servizi (compresa di lavatrice e ferro/asse da stiro). La proprietaria è stato sempre disponibile in tutto il nostro soggiorno. Zona molto silenziosa e nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, bar, ristoranti, tabacchi, pescheria.... A pochi km troverete le spiagge migliori di Villasimius!! Da ritornare sicuramente!!!

una settimana di ferie accolti come a casa, grande gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. Il posto ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative rispetto a ciò che abbiamo potuto vedere prenotando. Logement très bien situé

Nous vous passé un très bon séjour à Villasimius. L'accueil de Marinella et son mari a été très appréciable : bons conseils pour les plages, petites gourmandises offertes. L'appartement est bien pour 2. Nous étions 2 avec notre fils de 2 ans et demi qui a dormi que un matelas gonflable. La grande terrasse est super pour manger dehors. La piscine est Top ! Les plages sont à 5-10min en voitures et toutes sublimes ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé aussi les 3 restaurants accessibles à 5min à pied (cuisine sarde et pizza). Nous recommandons ce logement. Attention aux personnes sensibles de la chaleur : la région est chaude et l'appartement l'est aussi, mais nous avons tres bien supporté (séjour en Juillet). La climatisation des voisins peut être un peu gênante. Merci à Marinella pour son accueil !
