For shared use: outdoor shower. Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees. Tennis, boules, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km, sandy beach "Dei Bambini e delle conchiglie" 50 m.
