The residence is located in Villasimius, a holiday resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear sea with a sloping seabed. Thanks to its location you can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the nature reserve of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius offers not only numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, quaint shops and typical restaurants where you can enjoy traditional specialties and excellent local wines. The center of Cagliari is just a 10-15 minute walk from the residence, and Simius beach is just 2.5 km away.

Cagliari airport and port are approximately 50 km away. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
