The house (bought in September 2005) is fully air conditioned and equipped with every comfort (wall barbecue, Panasonic Plasma TV 42 inches, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron, clothes, water and more ..).
Is situated in a tourist complex called "La Residenza Del Sole 2" in Paris Street (a street of Via Roma), the entrance of Villasimius.
Distance from the sea about 2 km (the nearest beach is to Simius) and a radius of 2-3 km, you can visit a number of beautiful beaches.
The house has one double bedroom (with possibility of extra bed), a bedroom with two single beds (possibility of a double bed) + a cot.
For a total of 5 persons + the bed.
It also has a veranda (15 m2) furnished to eat outdoors.
Rooms and veranda, overlooking a lovely private garden (60 m2) with lawn green.
In the garage there is a car max length of 470 cm, but there is still the possibility of parking outside. In the car box are available 4 bikes (free).
The pool is located at the heart of the residence, and you can receive for free every day from 9am to 13am , and from 16pm to 20pm.
Prices are inclusive of consumption (electricity, water, gas), final cleaning, swimming pool, bicycles, garage, washing machine, air conditioning.
