The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We have stayed in the Villas a few years now and really enjoyed this house. The pool was a bonus this year which allowed our stay to be even more enjoyable. As a host, Michelle was very responsive and a clear communicator. Upon checking the beds did not have sheets on them, not expected, but we found the sheets. Upon mentioning it to Michelle, she immediately apologized and let me know that was an oversight on the cleaning person's side.

July 2025 Summer Vacation

This property had so much to offer. The house was very clean and it had everything! The owners thought of every detail to make it an ideal vacation.The backyard was private and beautiful! Having its own pool was a bonus! Coming back from the beach and being able relax by the pool was the best. We would definitely recommend this house and we look forward to coming back.

Backyard Oasis true to its name!!

We had a great time in Villas NJ . The house we stayed in was perfect!! Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard great pool and outdoor shower.. My grandkids loved the bay beach just down the road. Michelle was great to deal with . Any questions we had were answered promptly. Can’t wait till our next vacation at the backyard Oasis!!!

A true Backyard Oasis! We had the most amazing stay in this AMAZING house! in an amazing location and quiet neighborhood!! The owners thought of everything! Beach tags, Backpack Beach Charis, Almost everything you could need for your kitchen! You wont be sorry for renting here!

Lovely comfortable home

This home was very clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed. The outdoor space with the pool, grill and pool toys and bikes made the outdoor space perfect for the children and adults in our party. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, with Cape May attractions within 15-20 minutes. A couple of blocks away from the bay and beautiful sunsets!

As advertised

First time renting a vacation home. Don’t know if next one will be able to live up to this experience. Clean everything worked and had everything in it. Pool was amazing! Property mgr responded timely to questions. The backyard oasis was as advertised

Family Vacation

Overall, the property was meticulously taken care of and very clean. The property had all amenities that were needed for a week long vacation. The sizes of bedrooms were perfect size, the kitchen was stocked with all items needed, the backyard was an added bonus to the beautiful property. The property is a short walk to a coffee shop as well as an ice cream Shop and mini golf course. The beach is about a one minute drive to the most serene beautiful spot to enjoy! Your stay in this property will be unmatched!
