Jeremy is an excellent host! Home is VERY spacious, great location and the rooftop deck is awesome! Great area so close to Cape May and a variety of great dining. Walking along the beach/bay each day was heavenly. Extremely responsive host.

This was our second stay at this lovely property(husband and 2 dogs). Weather was great except 2 days of rain. House is clean and comfortable, the fenced yard keeps the dogs safe. Can’t wait to our next stay at this property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Lovely, quiet neighborhood and great proximity to beach with water views from the roof deck. Owner, Jeremy, very kind and responsive. The home itself is very comfortable with the exception of the kitchen chairs. I would suggest adding chair pads as they are wooden folding chairs. There are resin outdoor chairs on the beach but do bring loungers, umbrellas & sand toys if desired. We did leave behind a bucket & shovel and two noodles for the next family. The icemaker and front door lock need fixing and we let Jeremy know. Overall a nice stay!

Great house & location!!

This house was absolutely perfect! I stayed here over July 4th with my husband, young child, and friends. The house was just like the photos and very cleanly. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach on the bay side and a short driving distance to other attractions. The house has everything you need and the neighborhood and nice and quiet!

House was clean and comfortable. Yard was great for pups. Roof top deck had great view. Anniversary 3 night getaway with hubby and 2 dogs, we had one rain day but other days were great. Beautiful place to stay in Cape May!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful home in Cape May. The location is absolutely idyllic—peaceful, charming, and close to everything you could want. The home itself is very thoughtfully appointed, with every detail considered. It had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect spot for a family vacation.Jeremy, the host, was outstanding—extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests' experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Great location and communication!

We had a wonderful stay in the villas for New Years. The location and communication were top notch and the property is quaint and so close to the beach! The only suggestion I have is to have a cleaner do a more thorough cleaning, as the floors and walls/cabinets were very dusty. We enjoyed the roof top deck views and the fact that property was dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great weekend

Adorable house on a great tree lined street Great yard. Beds are good. Dont forget your linens. If you plan to use sofabed bring mattress topper. Kitchen had all pots and pans we needed. Silverware, glasses, dishes too. Everything was clean. No carpet so easy to sweep. Refrigerator door handle right side very loose. We got to the beach, Washington Square shops, Pancake House, Apple picking and we loved the Lima Bean Festival!!

Fall family get away

Our family and dogs enjoyed our stay. Super quiet neighborhood but close enough to spend days in Cape May, Wildwood and Stone Harbor. We took a lot of morning and evening beach walks, watched sunsets and made meals every night. Host was friendly and quick to respond. It was hard to leave.

Last trip of the summer!

We decided relatively last minute to have one more short family trip before summer was over. The location of this house was perfect for the activities we had planned and we really enjoyed being able to walk half a block to the nice, quiet, bay side beach. House was as described and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

Family Fun

It was a great home for my family. Quiet street for my granddaughter riding her scooter. Nice quiet neighborhood but quick drive to Washington Street Mall or ocean. We had a blast.

Last minute Vacation change

We needed to make a shift in our vacation due to a loss in our family and still have a get away for our kids. We found this home and already loved the bay and it was perfect to have a place for everyone. Easy stroll to the beach, fantastic outdoor shower for the kids, upper deck was magical for evenings. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals to the easy set up of the living room to watch a movie after the sun went down. Decks, sunroom and fenced yard were the places to find the kids. Everything was very safe to have a newly mobile baby exploring.

Perfect getaway!

Everything about this home was perfect! It was clean and cozy with a fenced in yard and a roof top deck with beautiful views of the bay and the location to the beach was perfect which made it easy to take our dogs for long walks each day. We’ll definitely be back!

Great house close to the beach

This house is good - clean, easy logistically, and comfortable. It's close to the beach and has all the amenities listed on the page. The linens are BYO, which I only found out after triple checking, so it would be good if that was shared on the page. Also the side door does not lock effectively so you have to go out the other door and lock that one from the inside.

Memorial Day in the Villas

House was clean, neat as described. The fenced yard was a plus for our pup. The area is quite, safe and very nice neighbors. Host was very responsive to some concerns. The side doorknob to gain entry was a bit tricky to open so we utilized the front door. The right refrigerator handle was extremely loose. The advertisement indicates beach chairs are there. There were no beach chairs. Had I known that I would have brought two from home. Not the biggest deal but everything the advertisement says is there at the house, should be. Short drive into Cape May and the Wildwoods. A great time.

Peaceful beach gem

This dog friendly house is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It's located just a few homes away from the bay beach which is dog friendly. The host is very communicative and nice. Yard is fenced in. The rooftop deck is awesome to watch the water, sunsets, birds, and stars.

Great winter beach weekend!

A great place to spend Presidents Day weekend. Long walks along the water and brilliant winter sunsets. The location is perfect — away from all the tourism of Cape May but a short drive to anything you might need. The house is spotless and cozy. Thank you!!
