The property was as advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the bay and a 15 minute drive to Cape May and Wildwood. We had a lovely time there.

We checked in at the realty company, property manager just fine, we were a little early so we went to dinner then to the rental around 430p. The place was completely dirty and not been cleaned. Trash cans overflowing outside. Called the property manager of the realty co. He was completely rude, said he couldn’t find anyone to clean at that late hour and that he was leaving for the day. He was ready to leave us high and dry. Said he called the owner and told us we needed to work with them. I asked for their number, he wouldn’t give it,and hung up on me. I called back, I ask for another place to rent and was rudely told I don’t have any and hung up again. We waited over 1.5 hours and finally the property owner called. What a wonderful person he was to work with. He found someone to clean, called back a few times to confirm things were good and was very apologetic and was willing to travel 2 hours to clean himself if he was unable to. Thank goodness the property owners care and have integrity and stand by their rental. I would rent here again but NOT through a realty company.

A nice little home for a quiet vacation away by the bay with everything you need. Beds are comfortable rooms are of are efficient in size too

201 Rose Lane

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 201 Rose Lane. My husband and I stayed there with our 5 children and 2 of their significant others. According to the listing on VRBO it had a/c. They actually had one wall unit in the living room and one window unit in one bedroom. It was quite warm while we were there. Thankfully we had several fans with us. There were ceiling fans in all but one bedroom. The a/c in the living room was very loud. There was no broom/dustpan for us to use to clean up through the week. I actually bought one at the local dollar general for us to use to clean up sand and food crumbs. We attempted to use the grill one night however, it was not used due to having flames shoot up after it was lit. We let the realtor know. It could use a good cleaning! We used the stove inside the rest of the week. We had only 2 rolls of toilet paper left for us for the week. The trash cans were very small for having 9 people worth of trash and recycling. There were only 2, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. My daughters asked that I recommend a full-size mirror be placed somewhere in the house. There is limited seating in the living room for 9 people. We had to set up a few extra chairs for us to have a place for each of us. And there in no table space for 9 people inside but we made do! We definitely got good use of the washer and dryer. We had several movie nights in the living room on the smart tv. There were plenty of games and books for entertainment.

Great time!

Very cute house. Very clean. walking distance to bay! Supplying linens was a great plus! Kitchen had everything you needed. Great that we could use the beach chairs. A few areas for improvement. Needs central air! Window unit in living room and master bedroom were wonderful but other bedrooms were really hot and hard to sleep in there at night. Table in kitchen very small. We like to play games and really needed a larger table. The table outside is fine but an umbrella would have been nice for the table. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for a great week’s vacation.

Summer vacation

House was good, but had a "musty" odor. Could not use oven as there was a space that you could put a finger through between the door and the oven compartment. Kitchen table and chairs were small and uncomfortable. There were no grill tools so we bought ourcown and left them there.

Family Vacation

We made a last minute decision to add a family vacation in this summer, this popped up and immediately booked. We were able to park our 24’ boat 2 trucks and still had room those who travel large like us. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood, no worry about crazy drivers speeding down the road. We absolutely loved our stay!! Cannot wait until next year❤️ The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all the way down is there wasn’t a W&D, which we made it through just fine but with 3 small children at the shore for a week would be the best additional option.

Perfect Bay Getaway

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! Short walk to sit on bay, watch the sunsets, or sit out and enjoy the breeze! Short drive over to ocean to enjoy the waves! My family's was with me and hoyse accommodated us perfectly! Looking to definitely stay again!
