Nous avons dû quitter le logement le jour même de notre arrivée tant notre déception était grande. Malgré le montant élevé du loyer, celui-ci ne correspondait absolument pas à nos attentes.Accueil inexistant : aucun contact préalable pour organiser la remise des clés.Extérieurs délaissés : déchets, plastiques et papiers autour de la maison et de la piscine. Meubles de jardin sales (poussière, fientes d'oiseaux) et laissés en désordre.Propreté déplorable : cheveux sur le sol, les meubles et dans le frigo ; restes de nourriture dans l'évier et la cuisine ; traces de pas et de doigts sur beaucoup de surfaces (télécommandes, miroirs, chaises, etc.).En bref, l’impression de rentrer dans une maison dans laquelle on n’attendait aucun visiteur. Nous avons essayé de nettoyer nous-mêmes, mais face à l'ampleur de la tâche, nous avons décidé de repartir immédiatement et de relouer en urgence un autre logement pour sauver nos vacances.

Wat een horrorhuis! Heel het huis was ontzettend vies. Bedden leken beslapen, aanrecht was nog vies, haren en etensresten in de koelkast, vriezer en kasten. Hele vieze toiletten (heel lang niet schoongemaakt), overal plukken dierenhaar (?), dode en levende insecten, stank, meubels vies en onder de dierenharen. De vierde slaapkamer konden we maar beter niet komen gaf de ‘schoonmaakster’ aan, die was te vies. Wij hebben de sleutels in de brievenbus gegooid en zijn weg gegaan. Meerdere pogingen gedaan om contact te krijgen met de eigenaar maar verbinding werd steeds verbroken en later werd er niet meer opgenomen. Na 4,5 uur met Vrbo bellen, wel ander verblijf mogen zoeken, maar wat een verschrikking om je vakantieweek zo te starten. Grote afrader! Schaamteloos om je huis zo te verhuren.
