Come here with your extended family or several couples of friends and believe your eyes. The large house is very well equipped and offers you all the comfort you need for unique moments of relaxation. Enjoy the large rooms and the integrated, heated swimming pool, which promises you a great view of the garden. Swim your laps here in the morning while the others are still asleep and then get together in the garden for breakfast. You can also organize barbecues with your loved ones and enjoy the sun and entertaining company.



The house is located in Villars, near St. Etienne and therefore close to the large town and all the stores. In the surrounding area, you will also find leisure centers and amusement parks for children, with tree climbing trails, playgrounds, bouncy castles, paintball and canoeing. Villa avec piscine intérieure en mauvais état

Villa avec piscine intérieure qui ne manque pas de potentiel mais au vu des frais demandés pour le séjour ainsi que les frais de ménage on aurait put s'attendre à un habitat propre et sein et des équipements fonctionnels (spa hs, TV, etc). La partie basse du logement n'est pas seine avec des mansardes qui cache la misère, ça sent la moisissure a plein nez et cela est bien pire par temps humide. La piscine n'est pas sécurisée ce qui devrait être interdit dans une location. Le jardin n'est pas en reste avec des mois de figues et pommes non ramassée qui pourrissent.
