Here in Luberon there is a simply welcoming house, in front of it a meadow with some fruit trees, two oak trees, 2 cypresses, then a vineyard field and further the hills. The Potironne is a 140sqm house next to a little hamlet near Villars in the Luberon Park. It is composed of 3 luminous bedrooms, 2 upstairs, common bathroom, Italian style shower, separate toilet, one on the ground floor with shower room accessible to people with limited mobility, Italian style shower, separate toilet, a kitchen opened to a large living room, living/dining room, the whole well equipped. Large bay windows open to a beautiful terrace, shadowed arbour of 70sqm. Outside, the landscape meadow leads to the secure pool area of 90sqm (swimming pool 28sqm), closed property, automatic gate, intercom, parking space for 2 cars...

Quiet and secluded

The house was nice and the welcome was warm despite limited mutual language. The house is not fully air conditioned which made the downstairs bedroom quite hot at night while the 2 upstairs rooms kept beautifully cool. The house is generally well equipped, the furniture comfortable and there is plenty of space. Although it is suitable for 6 people, sun worshippers should note there are only 3 loungers at the pool. Villars is a pretty village and the house is well located to explore classic Provence.

Kinderfreundliche Idylle mitten im Luberob

Unser Aufenthalt im beschriebenen Haus war sehr erholsam. Der Garten ist malerisch und mit viel Liebe gestaltet und sowohl innen als auch außen ist es traumhaft für Kinder. Es gibt im Garten viele kleine versteckte Ecken und im Haus zahlreiche Kinderspielsachen und sogar einen eigenen Spielraum. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Schlafzimmer haben glücklicherweise Klimaanlage, weshalb es auch bei hohen Temperaturen gut auszuhalten ist. Die Fotos auf der Internetseite zeigen nicht die wahre Schönheit dieses Häuschen. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, was wir für unseren ruhigen Urlaub als sehr angenehm empfanden, um Geschäfte oder etwas belebtere Umgebung zu erreichen, muss man allerdings zwingend ein Auto haben. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und umsichtig.

Une maison agréable à deux pas d’un très joli village

Le Village de Villars est tout à fait charmant : nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’une petite brocante à notre arrivée et de la douce ambiance du bar des amis. La maison est très confortable à vivre : le jardin et la terrasse ombragée sont très agréables les jours ou le soleil est un peu canaille ! La piscine est très jolie mais un peu fraîche. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui se montrent très disponibles. La maîtresse de maison est très attentionnée et attentive à votre bien-être. Petit point de vigilance : il y a un festival musical en août qui peut perturber les nuits. Sinon le lieu est très calme et invite à la sieste 😉

Jolie maison au calme dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette jolie maison, bien équipée, avec un beau jardin. Nous avons profité des déjeuners et dîners sur la terrasse, de la piscine (sécurisée), entourés de vignes et dans le calme absolu. Le village de Villars a 15mn à pieds ou 3mn de voiture est idéal pour un déjeuner ou apéro sur une jolie place typique du Luberon. Et enfin, Yvon et Daniel sont adorables. Bref, la location parfaite!

Wundervolle Residenz in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Haus einfach nur genossen. Unsere äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber haben hier eine komfortables, geschmack- und liebevolles Domizil geschaffen, welches komplett und umfangreich ausgestattet ist. Die Bilder im Angebot entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Lage ist sehr friedlich und ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Ort Villars ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht, der größere Ort Apt für Einkäufe ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist ideal zum wandern, radfahren und natürlich auch, um die Provence zu entdecken und erkunden. Wir waren einfach begeistert und ein Stück von Villars bleibt für immer in unseren Herzen!

Agréable maison de vacances, correctement équipée. Un « havre de paix » dans le Luberon.

Jolie maison au coeur du Lubéron

Tout était parfait, la maison fonctionnelle et joliment décorée, le jardin fleuri et parfumé, la piscine prête pour s'y reposer et la tonnelle ombragée pour des repas conviviaux. A pied depuis la maison, on peut se balader autour des vignes. Nombreuses randonnées à faire à 20 ou 30 minutes en voiture et jolis marchés et villes à découvrir aux alentours.
